Incident Description Two suspects walked into garage via the ramp on sacramento street (pic 1)

Suspect 2 seen pedaling bike out of same ramp

There was a thick chain lock, too thick for a lock cutter they must have had an angle grinder

Bike had white fork and black tires and rims

Suspect 1: White male, 20s, maybe some jaw and goatee facial hair, White baseball cap, red brim, sunglasses on brim, black hooded jacket, red accents around hood, gray inside. dark shirt, Tan pants, dark skate sneakers with while stripes and orange accents, white soles, black backpack

Suspect 2: light skinned, Blue hoodie with skull/punisher logo on front black baseball hat with lettering, blue jeans, torn right knee, dark skate sneakers, blue/red accents, dark backpack
