My 2009 women's Bianchi hybrid was stolen last night from in front of the Cerrito Theater on San Pablo ave in El Cerrito between 6-8:30pm. At the time it was stolen it had a seat covered in duct tape, stickers from EB Bike Coalition on the frame, and a rack over the rear tire. It's missing the front tire which was slashed and left behind.
