Stolen Cinelli spotted in San Francisco at market and 10th

Spotted a stolen cinelli track bike this morning at 8:40am. It had a green saddle and LED mounted rim lights.
The person with the stolen bike was white, male, about 6 ft tall with stubble, and neck tattoos. He was wearing a baseball hat and a green trench coat like jacket. I took pictures and am happy to send them to folks.
