in San Francisco, my Green Specialized Sirrus was stolen on 10/4/15 Sunday around 3-4 PM from the DMV parking lot (near Golden Gate Park panhandle on Fell street). Serial number is WSBC602049502G
Another bike was left at the scene of the crime, leading me to believe this is a serial bike thief...
