Found STOLEN Specialized Electric Mt.Bike.
Saw the guy dragging it down the street and hiding in bushes and politely asked if he would prefer I call the police to discuss or just hand over and walk away and he gave it to me.
Rear wheel is locked to frame.
Claimed he got it from "near Apple Store", I assume on 4th St.
Call or text me to ID and get it back. 415-271-0647
