suspicious ad on CL for chrome bianchi pista

my track bike was stolen several months ago, so I've been looking and shopping for a new one. I came across this ad today, seems a little suspicious because the seller did not put a frame size, and the bike is damaged. plus its not much of a "project bike"... and well sorry to say, vallejo.
