Find server a user is playing on.

Hello dear steamers and condensers

Im looking for a functionality that exists in the steamoverlay for friends that play L4D2:
When i rightclick a friend who is ingame, i can select 'view game info' and see the server
he/she is playing on (ip / hostename / etc.).

Is there a way i can find the server a User/SteamId is currently playing on via steamcondser or
the WebAPI?
I've been searching the steam API's briefly but havent found anything that relates to
this.

You can use the ISteamUser/GetPlayerSummaries Web API.
