I am running into a segfault, which happens if I run the following:
$ R -q -e "source('testoptim.R'); source('testoptim.R')" > o.txt 2>&1
Segmentation fault: 11
Attached is file o.txt and testoptim.R is in https://github.com/stan-dev/rstan/blob/develop/rstan/example/testoptim.R
