MAG-254 Image

Dear Support,

I have created MAG-254 Image with Custom Portal URL. I have selected to hide the Portal URL but its showing. Also Client who owned MAG-254 he could not able to boot the STB using NAND. He have to select NAND2 in order to book MAG-254. Can anybody please take a look into this and let me know where is the problem.
