Setting HDMI event reaction in firmware

Is it possible to set HDMI event reaction - Delay 10 minutes permanently in firmware? I've put env_mag250.txt hdmi_event_delay=10 but it doesn't seem to work. After uploading FW onto MAG I still have to change it manually.

try it without equal .. not hdmi_event_delay=10 but hdmi_event_delay 10
hope it'll work
