how to block the access of setup on MAG-250

hi,

i have clients stb Mag-250 but is their any ways that i can put a block on the mag-250 so the people can not go in the setup and see my server info. because now they can see my info in their mag-250 like my www.xyzabc.com/stalker_portal/c/index.html or myip/stalker_portal/c/index.html. i can put a password on it? how to prevent or hide my info and put a lock so no one can see the info.? help is needed.

Do you mean "Setup" in the Stalker main menu or SETUP button on the RC?

in stalker main manue i guess. i just dont want people can not see my server info. if possible with pc tell m,e the both ways if available. thanx for helping.

I don't quite understand what you need, because I do not see any way the user can see your server info from the stalker.

If you need to remove the setting icon from the main menu, you should comment line

all_modules[] = settings

in config.

Ну он скорее хочет закрыть доступ к пункту "Серверы", который доступен по кнопке setup во внутреннем портале.

Как выход вижу только вариант в сталкере отключить модуль перехода во внутренний портал из пункта Настройки и пересобрать прошивку с отключением возможности захода во внутренний портал по кнопке setup во время загрузки mag250.

when the mag-250 started it says loading portal press menu to enter in setup when  the client press the menu button he will go in the networks and  can see the ip address or  the server address. i want to block that or hide that so they can not see the info about my server or web address. or lets say when the client put usb dogle and he did not put the right password the black screen appears and shows the ip address and server info plus stalker info.i want to hide that and put a put a lock on it so he dont get any info about my server ip and address.

Unfortunately to do this you need to modify the stb firmware and make your own imageupdate, this will not be easy.

How can i change or block my host servers image from appearing on my mag250 stb's when u power up the box their logo appears just before you can choose which channels you want to watch.......can anyone help, or how can i install software so my own logo will appear, as i want to protect where im getting the service from
