my portal is not working with MAG-254 ( Message stb is not supported )
i am using cms2015-04-09 05:26:45 (v 4.8.51)
please help...in English will highly apriciated

Check in the config file allowed_stb_types param.
Or just add to the server/custom.ini line
allowed_stb_types = MAG200,MAG245,MAG250,MAG254,MAG255,MAG260,MAG270,MAG275,AuraHD,WR320Joe Jack
