Competition Software User Stories

Hi everyone,

This afternoon Sam & I worked through the expected use cases for the
competition software, and came up with a collection of user stories
[1].

These are intended to complement the existing page of requirements
that we have, but take the challenge from a different perspective. The
resulting format can be used directly to build automated tests
(apparently [3]), and should ensure that all the roles at the
competition have all the information they want.

Please have a look through them & raise any questions or issues you see.

I'm intending to implement software that meets our requirements over
the coming year, starting with last year's [4] as a base.
