Hi,

Due to some exciting events at Facebook we've been bumped to a smaller
venue space. This is mildly fatal to running Kickstart there, as I
understand it there isn't sufficient space for ~80 competitors to sit at
tables and work on things.

Happily Dulwich College, one of the teams competing this year (and last
year) are able to offer us their school hall, which should be a decent
alternative and is of sufficient size. I've informed teams and am
working through the inevitable spread of transport issues. If people
could review this patch [0] ASAP I'd greatly appreciate it.

Clearly this sequence of events sucks a bit; luckily we have the backup
plan. Inevitably a couple of schools are likely to not be able to make
it due to the last minuteness of the change.

Also worth observing: two kickstarts out of four are now being run at
schools, which is both generous of them and highly convenient.

One aspect mentioned in the past is that having a Kickstart in a school
may affect the attitude with which competitors (from outside) approach
the competition -- we may need to emphasis that this is a national thing
going on, not just the locals.
