Hi,

Earlier today it was noted on IRC that there was some uncertainty
about the ownership of our logo.

In the interests of clarity (and in case I haven't already done so), I
figured I should forward the below to the list.

This is an email from Russell, who created our original shiny/3D logo
& house style (colours & font choice). It's worth noting that the logo
has since been updated to make it 'flat', which was done by Rob.

Subject: Copyright transfer of Student Robotics Logo and Style
To: "pl...@studentrobotics.org" <pl...@studentrobotics.org>

Hi,

Here's a little copyright statement, as requested by Peter.

---

I, the author of the Student Robotics logo and house style, transfer
copyright for these items to the Student Robotics Group at ECS. This
covers the exclusive right to reproduce and distribute the works,
including prints, reproductions, electronic form or any other
reproductions of similar nature.

---

Please look after the style - I usually frown when I see an SR poster
that doesn't match the house style, but that's very rare these days
:-)

As usual, I'll hang onto a copy of the files. If you need other
formats exported, modifications made, or anything along those lines,
feel free to give me a shout - I'll be around ECS for at least another
four years.

Good luck!
