[soton] [activity-2015-09-23] Preparing for FPSE Bunfight

Hi,

Today will be the first official Southampton doing of SR2016. We will be preparing for the FPSE bunfight happening tomorrow from 12 until 3pm. We’ve got three display robots (two tudors and one Smallpeice robot which I’ve put kit in) which we should make sure are up and ready to present. Hopefully we’ll also be able to put up the poster that we had made for the London Southampton University trip. The bunfight will be happening in either 59/1257 or 53/4025 (I’ve not yet received confirmation although I requested 53/4025 since that’s where our cupboard is) and we should probably turn up at around 11:30 to set up.

After this we’ll need to start thinking about testing the kit and making the microgames ready for Kickstart.

P.S. I’ve currently got a bad cold/cough/sore throat so to avoid passing it on and to make sure I’m better for tomorrow I may not be able to come to this doing; but the points outlined above are what need to happen.
