Installing spyder using pip / tornado ssl issue

Hi,

I used to intall spyder using 

curl https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py -o get-pip.py

And then

python get-pip.py

And then 

pip install spyder

but now I get

Well, it seems you need to update your Python version to a more recent one. Sorry, but there's nothing we can do about it.
