Where is the Command Console menu item?

It was gone along with the Python console. Now you need to install our spyder-terminal plugin to get a system console inside Spyder:

Hello Carlos,

I know that you have fixed this problem and thank you for that. I am having trouble making the fix myself. What do I do with the init.py? Write it in a file and past it somewhere? I am on OSX. 

Spyder use to be painless and functional.
