Hi,

Please use a regular system terminal (i.e. cmd.exe) to install packages.

Cheers,
Carlos

The regular system terminal in Windows wouldn't recognize the conda command:

'conda' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

If you can run 'conda' in a any external system terminal, there shouldn't be problems when running it inside spyder-terminal. I don't know what happens in your case, sorry.

Cheers,
Carlos

The path in a Spyder terminal can be very different than the path in a standard cmd prompt so this isn't quite true.

If you added Anaconda to your PATH (the default), then it'd be the same. If not, then you need to activate your root environment (but in that case, you probably are an expert and know what you're doing :-)

Cheers,
Carlos
