Tipp: New Sphinx extension to list reference labels

Hello everybody,

I just want to let you know that I've created a Sphinx extension
"t3sphinx.ext.targets". It's available from [1], [2] and provides
a new directive:

.. ref-targets-list::

The directive knows no options and no parameters.
