specs2 4.x

Hi all,

Just in case you missed there is a new major specs2 release: http://etorreborre.blogspot.de/2017/08/specs2-4x.html.

This version brings Scala.js support and shouldn't break anything major unless you are using low-level APIs. 

Please come back to me if you find any issue when migrating.

I will go on with release candidate versions until no regression is found from specs2 3.9.5 (the latest version in the 3.x series)

then I will release the first 4.0.0.
