Proposal for upgrading metacatalog functionality

Hi Sandro,

Having reviewed SpatiaLite's metacatalog functionality (very very helpful), I'm missing these functionalities:

1.- Support of views
Given that spatial views are of common use and "pragma table_info" also works for views. The concern here would be with calculated columns not telling about its data type.

2.- Support of metacatalog's updating
Given that adding or removing tables is needed sometimes.

3.- Inclusion of default values for columns
For completness sake.
