Hi Sandro,

While updating the librasterlite2 Debian package with 1.0.0-devel I noticed that the SOVERSION was incorrectly decremented.

The attached patches keeps the SOVERSION at 1.

Because the removal of symbols since rc0 the SOVERSION should strictly speaking be bumped to 2 (using -version-info 2:0:0), but that may not be worthwhile before the first official release.
