ready to release 4.3.0 "stable" ??

Hi List,

I notice from server logs that summing altogether both
4.3.0 Release Candidates (RC0 and RC1) there were during
last weeks about hundredth downloads of source tarballs
and about thousand downloads of pre-built Windows binaries:
sounds like a reasonably extended base of testers.

all remarks, suggestions and issues reported during the
Candidate's trial steps have already been fixed; I'm not
aware of any still pending issue.

if there are no objections I'll start ASAP to directly
release the current codebase as the final 4.3.0 "stable"

please let me know your opinions,

Hi Sandro,

Looks good to me from a quick test with the OGR SQLite and GPKG drivers with
latest fossil.
