asText(geom) returns GeometryCollection()

So i kinda got spatialite under Unity3d working (at least i do not get any errors anymore).
But when i run the query Select asText(geom) as geometry from polygon it just returns empty GeometryCollections() instead of Polygonz();
I used the dlls from https://www.gaia-gis.it/spatialite-2.2/index.html
can sb helb schouldn't be that hard to fix ,or?
