Anyone need a place to live? We have a rental in central point. 917 e pine St
Large 2 bedroom/1.5 bath apartment with Pine Street frontage and bonus room/office.
Unit A is the primary "home" apartment in this large historic building that has three additional units. This ground floor unit has its own washer/dryer hookup, AC, and private fenced front and back yard space. The apartment has been completely remodeled in 2017 with an updated and open layout and new, stainless appliances, a high-efficiency on-demand water heater, high quality blinds for privacy, new fixtures and ceiling fans throughout, tiled floors in bath and bonus room, historic fir floors in main living space, new cabinets and counter-tops, and new central air/gas heat HVAC system.
