MoteinoMega + ENC28J60 + Moteino as Node

Hi,

I have some problems with my Moteino Setup and I hope someone uses the same hardware and give me a hint..

A the moment I use the following setup:

Moteino Mega + ENC28J60 (instruction from the examples from Chiatillo branch..btw why are the examples gone in the new version?)  as Gateway

Moteino as Node

In the Souliss App and in Openhab I can switch the LED but sometimes the Node dont respond on commands.. So I check the vnet communication (Debug) and it seems that sometimes the node dont get the commands.
Im testing in the moment the Hardware with the example form LowPowerLab and all seems fine.. Maybe there is a bug in souliss?

At the begining I thougt the problem comes from the ENC28J60 but the gateway get the commands an relay them to the node..

Hi David,

we have reduced the number of examples to have a lower workload while maintaining the sketches.

I can understand that your problem is on the radio side as your command reach the Gateway but is not passed to the Node, I honestly don't rember if Moteino radio has an ack-retransmit method in hardware as other radio, this as vNet it self doesn't carry any check on this.

So, if you see the output message on the Gateway but this doesn't became an input on the Node, so is a transmission problem and radio can have problem like those.
