Iam new to solr need a query to create 

Find "Text" where age>10

If you're new to Solr I recommend checking out the docs first. For your case you could start with https://wiki.apache.org/solr/SolrQuerySyntax and https://github.com/mausch/SolrNet/blob/master/Documentation/Querying.md , though you might want to follow some general tutorials first.
