réunion du Consortium de l’Initiative « 4 pour 1000 », pour laquelle
vous avez reçu une invitation par mail le 7 avril dernier. Si vous ne l'avez pas déjà fait, il est temps de vous inscrire via le lien suivant : https://4per1000.sciencesconf.org
Veuillez trouver ci-joint l’ordre du jour prévisionnel.
Nous avons également le plaisir de vous informer que nous sommes aujourd'hui en mesure d'ouvrir la liste des inscriptions en attente et d'autoriser ainsi plusieurs représentants d'une même institution (ceci toutefois dans la limite des places disponibles). Si vous ne pouvez venir ou envoyer un représentant, merci de répondre à ce message en indiquant que votre organisation ne sera pas représentée.
Nous vous rappelons qu'un appel à posters est ouvert afin de vous donner l'opportunité de présenter une action particulière (politique publique, projet de développement, pratique culturale, etc…) menée dans le cadre de l'initiative « 4 pour 1000 ». Cet appel à poster est organisé avec l’appui d’Agreenium.
Un espace sera dédié à l’exposition des posters pendant la durée de la conférence et l'ensemble des posters exposés sera mis à la disposition des membres sous forme numérique. Nous envisageons également de présenter ces posters à l’occasion des prochaines réunions du Forum et du Consortium à Bonn (Allemagne) en novembre 2017. Le modèle à utiliser pour votre poster est disponible sur le site de la conférence (accessible une fois votre inscription validée).

Vous trouverez également sur le site des informations utiles pour préparer au mieux votre prochaine venue à Montpellier. A ce propos, nous vous invitons à réserver le plus tôt possible votre hôtel et votre déplacement, fin juin étant une période très chargée avec le début des vacances scolaires.

On the 29th and 30th June, the 2nd meeting of the Consortium of the "4 for 1000" initiative will be held in Montpellier (France). You have previously received an invitation by email on 7th April. If you have not done so, it is still time to register through the following link : https://4per1000.sciencesconf.org
Please find attached the provisional agenda.
We are also pleased to inform you that we are now able to open the list of pending registrations and to authorize several representatives of the same institution (within the limits of the room capacity). If you cannot come or send a representative, please reply to this message stating that your organization will not be represented.
We would like to remind you that a call for posters is open to give you the opportunity to present a specific action (public policy, development project, cultural practice, etc.) carried out within the framework of the "4 for 1000" initiative . This poster call is organized with the support of Agreenium.
A space will be dedicated to the exhibition of the posters during the duration of the conference and all the posters exposed will be made available to the members in digital form. We also plan to present these posters at the forthcoming meetings of the Forum and Consortium in Bonn, Germany, in November 2017.
