Unable to connect version 1.4.6 to MS SQL Server

Hi,

I downloaded this software last night as I am trying urgently to do a POC for my client on data analytics work.

I downloaded 1.4.6 for Windows and it installed successfully.

I tried connecting to MS SQL Server (both network and local) but it keeps coming back with an error (attached). 

My version of SQL Server is 2014 and 2012.

Is it possible to connect to these versions from SofaStatistics 1.4.6 or I can connect only to version 2008 or earlier?

Please can anyone in the community advise me? Bit urgent as the presentation to the client is tomorrow and I have loads to prepare?

Hi Hari,

I don't have access to a copy of MS SQL Server to test against so I can't tell but you could always hack this file here in your own version on your machine: https://git.launchpad.net/sofastatistics/tree/sofastats/dbe_plugins/dbe_ms_sql.py#n55 . I appreciate that you are under pressure so that is probably not a practical option. Maybe it would be better to export data to CSV and then import that?

BTW your screenshot included credentials so you will probably need to change those.
