Hi Caitlyn - that's no good - what was the exact error message? And did you install it as Administrator? See http://www.sofastatistics.com/downloads.php

this is the error message i received " Oops! Something went wrong running SOFA Statistics version 1.4.6.

It might be easiest to delete C:\Users\snick\sofastats and reinstall assuming this is a fresh installation. Success?
