Is rabbit.js a potential solution to SockJs server-to-server broadcasting?

In the mood of implementing multiple SockJS servers and need them to exchange messages amongst one another, I came across the broadcasting limitations of SockJS as described here https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/sockjs/lgzxVnlth54
