on Close status or error level

Hi,

Is there a way to get any information on the server side for how a connection was closed? such as: 

time out 

socket close 

client initiated stream or poll close

I understand that there are many cases for losing client connections that the server won't be able to differentiate, but there should be a difference between a 'time-out' and a 'client initiated close', how can I access that or any Close info to give me some advantage on the server side?
