Is this server capable to establish chatting between two friends?

Hi Everyone,

I need to establish chatting between two iPhone devices (between two friends). So I want to know that is this server supports the communication between two friends? Or we can add server code to establish chatting between two friends?

I'm using the SocketRocket Library in my Xcode, but its a broadcast (means we can send messages to all of our friends).
