Spencer's life dream is near... That's why he is so chatty. Understand
the man... he is positively buoyant that thanks to Trump he will never have
to have an abortion.

One more justice and the Constitution will be read as saying that life begins at erection.

The only Roe in his life will be only that fake caviar he eats with a spoon.

Bet he is already celebrating with a Trump steak and Trump bubbly, wearing a
heavy spray of 'Complicit' fragrance in his eyebrows and earbrows.

As long as he is happy... right?

At least he doesn't see Obama under his bed anymore and becomes a mute.

Obama cost us a lot of missed joy, already, frightening Spencer like that with
all that polished brown.

Brett Michael Kavanaugh -- Yale College 1987, Yale Law School
1990
-------------------------

"After the announcement of his nomination to the Supreme Court,
Judge Brett Kavanaugh stated, “A judge must be independent and
must interpret the law, not make the law. A judge must interpret
statutes as written, and a judge must interpret the Constitution
as written, informed by history and tradition and precedent.”

Kavanaugh said, “The framers established that the Constitution is
designed to secure the blessings of liberty. Justice Kennedy
devoted his career to securing liberty. I am deeply honored to be
nominated to fill his seat on the Supreme Court.”

He later added, “My judicial philosophy is straightforward. A
judge must be independent and must interpret the law, not make
the law. A judge must interpret statutes as written, and a judge
must interpret the Constitution as written, informed by history
and tradition and precedent."

"For the past 11 years, I’ve taught hundreds of students,
primarily at Harvard Law School. I teach that the Constitution’s
separation of powers protects individual liberty, and I remain
grateful to the dean who hired me, Justice Elena Kagan."

"As a judge, I hire four law clerks each year. I look for the
best. My law clerks come from diverse backgrounds and points of
view. I am proud that a majority of my law clerks have been
women.”

Kavanaugh concluded, “I will tell each senator that I revere the
Constitution. I believe that an independent judiciary is the
crown jewel of our constitutional republic. If confirmed by the
Senate, I will keep an open mind in every case, and I will always
strive to preserve the Constitution of the United States and the
American rule of law.”"

Excellent Choice!

...And perhaps President Trump will be able to appoint a THIRD
JUSTICE to the SCOTUS.

Amy Coney Barrett for Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who is now 85, Gans's
age?

...Or Amy Coney Barrett for Stephen Breyer, age 79?

We'll See.

When the Supreme Court comically pardons or exonerates Trump or shields him from
accounting for his crimes... thanks to this new justice, remember how
Spencer was all for it.

The only hope is that Mueller gives us something that is unsurvivable.

The GOP is at a curious point. All the way from...

"There was no meeting" to

"Well, there was a meeting but no Russians" to

"Well, there was one Russian" to

"Three Russians." to

"Eight Russians."

"Yeah, but the meeting was about adoption" to

"It was not about adoption, but there was no collusion" to

"There was collusion, but not criminal collusion" to

"There was criminal collusion, but it shouldn't be a crime."

That's where the GOP stands, folks. Rejoice.

On obstruction of justice, Trump is counting on a non-existing exception
called, "fighting back."

----

In the meanwhile... While Trump rages about Obamacare to his supporters and
other people he is conning, know that they are hiring big for the further
development and maintenance of Obamacare, right in Reston, VA.
Government contractors are being summoned to fill vacancies at all levels.
All projects fully funded well into the future.

That is Trump for you.

According to various commentators, Kavanaugh is a classic political
operative from the Swamp. This would make him a fitting nominee for
"The Supreme Political Court of the United States."[1]

[1] On 4 Dec 2000, after Judge Sauls issued his ruling concerning
the vote recount in Florida, the flamboyant lawyer Gerry Spence was
one of the panelists on "RiveraLive." Spence made a comment to the
effect that "judges, after all, are the ultimate politicians," and
he also stated that this matter would be revisited by "the Supreme
Political Court of the United States."
