I recently found out that I am a DESCHERE descendant from Hamburg. My 4x
great grandmother Kele DESCHERE died there in 1847. She was the daughter of
Yehuda Loeb DESCHERE, and married to my 4x great grandfather, Levin Heymann
(Yehuda Loeb bar Hayyim) WAGENER.

DESCHERE is a very unusual name and there is speculation that the family
is really TEIXEIRA from Hamburg. The TEIXEIRA family was Sephardic. If
anyone knows more about DESCHERE or TEIXEIRA from Hamburg, please contact me.
