Question about obtaining New Jersey death certificate.

Has anyone requested a New Jersey death certificate from the New Jersey
health dept without the specific county, or wrong county, and gotten a
certificate? The form claims you need to specify that, but I wonder if
they are more lenient in practice. I know the date but not the county.
