Seeking translation of marriage document from Hebrew - ViewMate

Hello - I am requesting help to translate the marriage document of my
great-grandparents in Manchester, England. The document is in Hebrew. It can be
seen at Viewmate: http://www.jewishgen.org/viewmate/viewmateview.asp?key=VM64873

I hope the entire document can be translated as I would like to compare it to the
English certificate I have

JewishGen's translation because JewishGen includes a M. Rushnik as witness that
is not on the English document.

I believe M.Rushnik to be an uncle and want to know if this is on the marriage
document.
