ancestors of Benzion Glick from Satoraljaujhely and Sarospatak

Hello
I am looking for information about the ancestors of Benzion Glick.
(Even name of the parents just).
Benzion Glick was born in 1811 in Sárospatak, lived after her marriage
in Satoraljaujhely and died in 1883 in Satoraljaujhely.
I found the death certificate of Benzion. I found the registration of
birth and marriage registration of several of his children. Even some
of their monuments.
I found Benzion and his family in the census of 1869.
! In none of them does not appear any information about the parents
of Benzion!

I did not find them in the census of 1848.
I did not find them in the census of 1828.

1. Does anyone have an idea how to find this information?

2. Census 1828 - I understand that it was not fully available for
searching. Has anyone checked me in Salt Lake City - but even there
not the full copy, probably lacking a bit. I realized recently that
there were innovations. Does anyone know to look for me?
