Viewmate translation and information request - Yiddish

Hello to all,

I have posted the front and reverse sides of a postcard on Viewmate at
the following addresses:

I would appreciate a translation of the card from Yiddish into English.

Also, does anyone have any information as to the meaning of the words
at the top left of the front of the card, posted under file number
66762, "Rabin" and "Leser Spira"?
