Translation Polish - birth of Bine GINSBERG from Przemysl

Please can someone have a look at the following entry in the birth index of
Przemysl:
Entry 66: 1861, April 5: Bine Ginsberg, father Moses Ginsberg, mother

There seems to be a lot of added scribbling in this line.
Can someone decipher anything of importance ?
A town name ? grandparents' names ?
That would help me a lot in going further down, as Ginsberg is quite a
common name.
