Ukraine SIG Belaya Tserkov Records Indexing Project

As town leader for Belaya Tserkov I am happy to announce that
JewishGen Ukraine SIG has a new exciting records indexing project
for Belaya Tserkov, including records from nearby towns of Vasilkov,
Fastov, and Rokitna.

We will be translating and indexing 19th century records for Belaya
Tserkov acquired from the Central Archives for the History of the
Jewish People (CAHJP). The focus of this project will be on Revision
lists for the years 1816, 1850 and 1852. These records were a type
of census and have never been indexed or placed online previously.

We are seeking contributions in order to cover the costs (about
$4,000) of translation. The contributions can be made on-line through
the Ukraine SIG web site, and are tax deductible to the extent
