Join us for the next meeting of the Israel Genealogy Research Association (IGRA).

Sallyann Sack will speak about two new cutting edge Jewish genealogy projects:
The Conversos Project and The Second Tier Project.

The Converso Project is headed by Genie Milgrom, author of My Fifteen
Grandmothers, sponsored by the IIJG and funded by My Heritage.

The Second Tier Project is a long-term effort to harvest genealogically valuable
archival materials that go beyond the first tier of census and vital statistics
records.

Sallyann Sack is the co-founder, co-owner and editor of AVOTAYNU, the
International Review of Jewish Genealogy; past president of IAJGS and
recipient of its Lifetime Achievement Award; co-founder and founding
chairman of the International Institute for Jewish Genealogy (IIJG) at
the National Library in Jerusalem, author of seven Jewish genealogical
reference books, chair of several IAJGS conferences, and founding
president of the Jewish Genealogy Society of Greater Washington.

Doors open at 19:00. Meeting begins at 19:30.
