St. Petersburg researcher?

Hello:

For a friend, I wonder if there's anyone here who has used a researcher in
the Russian Historical Archives in St. Petersburg. My friend has the Fond
Number, but needs someone on-site to search for the appropriate records,
copy them and send them to him. Perhaps an afternoon's work.

If you do have someone you'd recommend, please contact me directly with
their name and email address.
