Dear researchers,

Hug Sameah!

Here is an update for the month of September 2017 for Bessarabia SIG. See the
details at the "What's New" section of our web site.

Bessarabia Databases. Updates:
- Bessarabia Revision Lists, new update will be send to JewishGen in December
2017.
Several sets of records were completed. See all sets at the Bessarabia Database
Section at the top.

-Jewish Cemeteries. Updates:
Rashkov Old Cemetery photographing and indexing were completed. 390 burial
records with 384 photos were submitted to JOWBR, JewishGen. Also there are 308
images of Unknown Graves at that cemetery available at Rahkov Old Cemetery
report.
This is the OLDEST Jewish Cemetery in the region of Bessarabia/Moldova. There
are many tombstones from 18 century, with the oldest dated from 1724!
These 18 century stones are from the POLAND period of this land.

Thank you all,
Inna Vayner, Yefim Kogan
