Regarding my earlier message on the name of ZAYVEL ZINVLICH, I found online
a correspondence in Hebrew/Yiddish between the name Zayvel and the name
Zevulun.....Thus the solution looks like he was named Chaim Zevulun son of
Zanvil Fuks.....

I don't think the second name and the patronymic can be the same, so I
assume we are looking at:
Chaim-[Ze'evel] son of Zanvil [Zangvill/Zangwill] Fuks.
