The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will be
giving a free webinar on June 29 at 1:00PM ET. The topic is Disloyalty,
Naturalization and World War l. During World War l some immigrant groups
were suspected of being disloyal to the United States war effort. The
Bureau of Naturalization, a predecessor to the USCIS investigated the
loyalty of the immigrants being naturalized to ensure that they were
qualified to become American citizens.

As part of the commemoration of the centennial of the US entering World War
l, the USCIS History Office is offering this webinar for the public to learn
of the Bureau's wartime activities using primary source documents which
include examples of loyalty investigations and cancelled certificates of
naturalization.

Remember this session is not recorded so the only way you will be able to
hear the webinar is to join it live.

To attend the webinar, "Disloyalty, Naturalization and World War l " go to:
https://www.uscis.gov/HGWebinars scroll down to the list of webinars and
chose the one dated June 29. Click on attend session. (At the time of
posting the session is not named on the June 29 date, but the write-up I
received from the USCIS mentions the topic and date.)

When you click on attend session you will be redirected to the USCIS Adobe
Connect. If you have never attended an Adobe Connect meeting before-do these
