Jewish Heritage Europe features an article on a website detailing Budapest
Jewish architects and architecture - indicating the contribution of Jews
to the physical development of Budapest as a metropolis. See:

The website is Ovas! Who Built Who Lived There is located at:
http://lathatatlan.ovas.hu/index.htm . While most of the site is in Hungarian
there is a section for information in English which may be found at:
http://lathatatlan.ovas.hu/index.htm?node=49623

The buildings that are included are those from that were built from 1840
until 1945. It includes small synagogues to apartment blocks and commercial
buildings. It also provides biographical information - and pictures - on
dozens of architects.
