To commemorate International Nurses Day, Forces War Records is offering free
access to their new World War 1 and World War 11 nurses collection through
23:59 14th May 2017 BT.

To correlate the time to your local time go to World Clock Converter at:
https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html

To access the website go to:
https://www.forces-war-records.co.uk/lp-nurses-records

The types of information available include: registration number, married and
maiden names, permanent address, date and place of registration, training
hospital and dates of qualification. When you get the results for the names you
search look for the red "FREE" icon next to the record If you click on a record
that does not have the red FREE icon you will be directed to subscribe.

When filing out the search form you are required to insert at least a last
name. May I suggest you also do the following: File out under unit,
"nursing". This will filter out the non-nursing records which are not
offered under the free access. Under service period drop down box, select
either World War 1 1914-1920 or World War 11 1939-1945. If you select a
different time period you will be directed to subscribe.

If you want to save the record you will be directed to register for free.
You can also share the record, by emailing the link, or going to one of the
social media sites. Or you can print it or do a print screen to your photo
program on your computer and save it to your computer using that method.

I have no relationship with Forces War Records and am posting this solely
for the information of the reader.
