Viewmate Posting: Are these marriage or divorce records?

I believe that the image in my Viewmate posting shows a page of either Jewish
marriage or divorce records for the city of Vilnius in the year 1890. The left hand
side of the image show the records in Russian, the right side in Hebrew. The image
can be seen at:

Can anyone tell from the records which type of records these are i.e. marriage or
divorce records?

I've posted images of the Russian and Hebrew portions of a Lithuanian
Marriage record from 1867 and I'd greatly appreciate a translation of
the contents of these records. The ViewMate images can be found at:

The records appear to contain a significant amount of information in
addition to the usual names of the husband and wife, and the dates. I

Roy Ogus asked about the additional information in a Jewish marriage
record. The specific record has been translated in Viewmate, but here
is the layout of the columns in this kind of record. From left to
right in both Russian and Hebrew:

Sequential number of the record in this set of records
Woman's and man's ages
Who performed the marriage (rabbi in this case)
Day and month in the Christian (Julian) and Jewish calendars
Main obligations between those being married and who are the witnesses
Who is being married and what are the names and status of the parents

In this particular case, the rabbi served as one of the witnesses. Was
this typical?

believe, in Yiddish. I would be interested first in a general description of what
is found on the pages including any names of people or towns, or other items of
genealogical interest.

from the town of Pumpenai. The first image shows the Russian portion of the
record; the second image shows the Hebrew portion.

The rightmost column in each image is the child's name, second last column
the parents' information, and the first column is the town information.

I would appreciate a translation of both images.
